Didn’t sleep well last night. So not only is my body tired but my brain is too. I thought exercising would cure my sleep issues but oh well.

These are the kind of days that can easily derail me. Normally, I would tell myself to stay focused. But I think it was crazycatchick that talked about gratitude in a reply to someone. That struck a chord with me. I will definitely keep in my mind a picture of my goal self, but I’m going to mix in a little gratitude for today’s gifts as well. Even if sleep was not one of those gifts. I was safe and comfortable and that’s a lot.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
