its seems as if its getting harder and harder. Not much weight lost. been kinda stuck around same weight for three weeks now. hum.. what to do.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Your chart looks great. You may not be losing as fast as you want, but you are doing great. Start your day with protein to get your metabolism rev'd. Keep going.

Thanks Suzi. I did purchase a protien mix. HOWEVER I left it at home my mistake. SO I will have it for dinner after the gym instead of breakfast for today.

You are staying on it and that is what counts. I have started a dietary supplement this week to help too. I wasn't going to but I need a little push.

One thing that I found was even though my weight plateaus at times, my body was still changing in the way I felt and in how my clothes were fitting. Sometimes muscle is being developed while fat is being burned. I also found through comparing daily weight with the calories in that the magic number for me was 80% of RDI. Above that was potential weight gain and below was loss. That became my real target. Stick with it. Moderate exercise and portion control are the keys and it just takes time.
