Looks delicious. Trouble is I've used all my calories for the day, plus some more, and I could still eat the whole of this now.

Thanks, Gilly! Judy, that’s a pain. I used to be like that all the time, but since starting this diet and really cutting back on sugars, alcohol and simple carbs and upping my protein there has been a definite effect on my blood sugar/hunger hormones and I’ve not been nearly so hungry even on 800 cal days. I don’t want to cut that stuff out completely but I do know when I have it it sends things a bit out of whack. I hope you can tame the tiger! X
