Consistency is an underrated undervalued underappreciated building block to this journey. I see this with myself. Once I see results I want to improve on the results by finding something that is "better, faster". This has been a flaw in my strategy. I have this time around changed my outlook and approach. Instead of chasing results I am chasing consistent applications of key principles. The results have been coming, but I have resisted making it about them. This has worked for greatly.
