Right?! Turns out a hamburger has less calories than a salad at my favorite restaurant. Me guessing is me gaining weight. Check the calories, plan the day, lose the weight.

Counting calories = empowerment of your caloric intake - hence the ability to control your weight. I guess it's not necessarily "fun," but watching the pounds drop off by adhering to a calorie plan is fabulous!
