I don't know where all of my energy went yesterday & today. I couldn't complete a workout this morning. I felt a little burnt out. I still have a bit of a cold and allergies, so that might have something to do with it. That and I took my night time medicine a few hours later than I normally would; so I feel a bit groggy this morning. :( Anyway, a tiny workout is better than no workout, right? Day 16 of workouts....
