Pisang sunpride 1 yg uda mateng dibejek pakai garpu Rolled oat 50 gr Raw cacao bubuk secukupnya Whey protein rasa tiramisu ( fitlife) 10-15 gr Bole juga pakein chiaseed secukupnya Dicampur semua jadi 1 trus dibulet2in aja sis Trus karena ga ada oven, aku masukin air fryer 5 menit jgn lupa dibalik Jadi dehh 🥰
