2nd entry today...
I have had the biggest sugar cravings all day today! Normally I would NEVER eat so much crap. I ate more calories than I burned, which is a first since I started logging all my food. I feel so disgusting and disappointed in myself.
I really wonder if stress can cause you to have stronger cravings. I've kinda always thought of that as a very good excuse, but today my sister had a miscarriage and I have been depressed and sad about it. :'( I was so excited and happy for her when she was pregnant and it was very shocking when she lost it. But I'm not blaming it on stress. I need to just say "NO" and leaving that junk out of my mouth.
