Meliabarra : ngga kak aku g trainer... Belajar latihan di ig sam tiktok kak. Banyak gerakan pola latihan di sana.. klo ada trainer LG selow minta tolong di koreksi apa latihannya udah betul apa blm 😁

Darahliar : yg penting pola makannya kak. Pola latihan/olah-raga hanya bantu 30% aja... 60% pola makan dan 10% istirahat 😊
