I have not been in charge the last week....fall out of routine and all hell breaks loose. I am back on it now...gaining a pound is not ok with me and I have to get back on track...no more ice cream and chicken buffalo dip...I have a goal and I will meet it!!

We all slip...its a part of the process...good for stopping it before it got out of control (like me who got down to 175, and then gained it ALL back plus 3 lbs.....)

Mel we both slipped. One of us needs to stay with it at all times to pull the other back into it :) We are gonna do this! You are doing great and it is very noticeable in your figure whether you see it or not.
