I had gotten my jogging in today. I am so glad of that. I hope to start shedding some inches soon. I would love to feel good in my clothes. I'm not totally worried about what the scale says. As long as I am able to fit in smaller sized clothes I think I will be happy. I had always had issues with what size clothes I wear. I often see other people who come and go through town, and I often scoff my face. I don't just scoff my face at them but it's a constant reminder to myself that there is work to do. I often put myself in their position trying to understand how they would feel out in public. I often feel that way about myself. There are areas of my body I do not love. I love that I have a figure, but I don't love how clothes fit my body. There are a lot of problem areas I have to work on. I can see my future body just waiting to be unwrapped. So, I hope to jog my way to my goal weight.
