Okay, so I had done some bicep curls and I had also done pushups and sit ups. I am sore but I will do better next time. I was able to make 15 reps each at least 3 sets. Goal: 300lbs by the end of the month. I hope to get out of the 300 range soon. I hadn't seen 285lbs in a long time and I think I can get there early this time. I look forward to it!
