I did the P90X Pltyometrics DVD today. It was insane!!! I only got through 25 minutes, but my goal is to do as much as I can and increase every time I do it. Proud of myself for doing all this intense workout and not giving up!

Congrats! I've heard the program is intense! I'd love to try it out, but right now the only time I can work out is after work. And I have my 2 yr old running around my feet! So to avoid any broken bones (probably mine) I'm holding off right now. Lol. Good luck with it!
