Lots of approximations, but here goes; I am averaging a 883kcal a day calorie deficit. That is 6181kcal a week, or aprox 1.75lbs. Weight loss tends to be 75% fat and 25% muscle for most people. I am being careful to increase the ratio as much as I can. My current weight is 193lbs, at 15% bodyfat (29lbs of fat). My goal BF% is 7, so around 15 lbs of fat has to go. Assuming 1.5lbs a week lost is fat (this is probably optimistic) I should be at my goal in ten weeks, and weigh around 176lbs.

Weight loss is not usually linear, and from 10% to 7% will probably be hard. After this challenge at work ends in about 9 weeks I may just bulk up on muscle for a while before attempting 7% BF again.
