It’s actually getting very frustrating when I stay in my calorie deficit and work my ass off in a work out just to see the scale has went up the next day🤦🏾♀️

Daily scale fluctuations are crazy! Stay the course and the scale will drop over time!

It's probably muscle mass. Keep it up. you won't regret it.

It might just be inflammation from working out. When I go to the gym and weight train, if I weigh myself the next day the scale goes up, because of the inflammation. When I weigh my self a few days later then it goes back down

Muscle does weigh more than fat, and worked sore muscles. I imagine them like a bruise on my arm. Blood rushing to heal. My son is dealing with this very same problem. Sooner or later, the scale will have to catch up with both of you!! I’m hoping for whooshes in your future!!👍

Muscle does NOT weigh more than fat...@Bgr12. Muscle tissue is more dense and compact that fat tissue. The gain after a good workout is the muscle tissue holding water while in the repair mode. Worked muscle is like tearing the fibers and they need time to recover.

could be water weight, it also could be muscle! Muscle weighs more than fat. Two big possibilities.

But, how are the inches doing? If you are doing everything right, measure in inches not pounds. And, keep up the good work; you've got this!
