Yesterday I started a 7 day challenge: NO BREAD, NO RED MEAT, NO SWEETS, NO ALCOHOL, NO PASTA, NO SODA, I added NO EXTRA SALT. You are to have CITRUS FRUIT DAILY, 6 OR MORE BOTTLES OF WATER, GREEN VEGETABLES, FISH OR CHICKEN DAILY, 30 MINUTE WORKOUT.
I am happy to say that I made it through day one, yes sounds small, but is huge for me. I think today will also be a success, however I am hoping I can do the whole 7 days...but may slip with wine ;-)
The good news is that I am allowed to wear tennis shoes now and start to walk more with new ankle. Slow progress, but will continue on so many levels.
Feeling very blessed and lucky today, good luck everyone.
