Kate Freckles's Journal, 17 May 21

Going to Lisbon for just under 2 weeks with work (my boyfriend Hunter is joining too) so am I a bit nervous about calories counting and food planning as I probably won’t have as much freedom as at home but I’ve got an Airbnb so will try and make my lunches and weeknight meals as much as possible. Also, I can’t bring my scale and that stresses me out a little, does anyone know any portable scales or something ?
I really hope I don’t gain weight (planning on still doing a 40 mins work out daily) as I’ve got my cousins wedding at the end of the month I’ve been working towards so so hard.
I’ve also gained a bit of weight this weekend from relaxing my habits (not logging it as I don’t want to always see it as a negative) I’m working out harder than ever this week and being super healthy with everything I eat !

How about Joseph tri- scale ? .. my advice would be enjoy the break - you’ll soon turn it around any weight gain … one life - enjoy it .. 👍

have fun in lisbon, such a beautiful city :) You can always go to a pharmacy to check your weight if that's your major worry. I wouldn't worry as, as soon as you get back to your routine, everything goes back to normal.

Go and enjoy yourself.. You don't need to count calories for 2 week's you have a great figure. Worry about it when you return 😘😘😘

I think I’m a little worried about taking off my training wheels. I’ve had my routine so tight for 5 months and my goal of the 25th so close I don’t want to let it all go now you know ?
