So, we have a Keto lifestyle south africa group on FB. We did this as a group, motivating each other.
Basically we went back to basics.
1. Warm water with ACV
2. Bulletproof coffee
3. Lunch @ 12
4. No snacking in between the meals
5. Dinner b4 8pm
And a bit of exercise.
For me it was the daily motivation that keeps me going
