I finally saw the scale move! I am only 1.6 pounds away from 170 which would be a 15 pound weight loss overall. That is a big accomplishment. Although I was beginning to think that I would never get get under 173, I was stuck there for almost a week and was becoming really discouraged. I know a healthy weight loss is around 2 pounds a week but it is hard to work your butt off and not see any results. I hope that I am not reaching a plateau of my weight loss. I am going to power through.
