Disappointment! I totally overindulged.. that chocolate cake was looking at me and calling my name so loud, I can't even explain.. ok, but this doesn't mean I will fall of my journey. No way! Anyways, I think, I start to see some connection between eating and getting enough rest. Why? Because I overindulge every time when I don't have enough sleep. And guess what, last night I had only 3.5 h sleep. It is way not enough, that's for sure. So, tonight I'll go to sleep early enough, so i can get at least 7 h sleep and I'll get back on track again. And tonight, I feel so done eating, honestly... I mean, I know, I'll probably eat something, because I have to but nothing more than vegetables... Ok, let's hope for better days!
