Thanks for the suggestion AmyMahaye I am slowly starting back at the gym after I re-injured my foot 2 months ago, I broke the seismoid bone, that bone under your big toe, 3 years ago and I was really pumped in February and doing intervals on the elliptical and power walking on my lunch for 30 minutes at work, I think the combination just inflamed my poor old bone and I have had pain since then, when the injury first happened I didn't realize it was fractured until the pain became unbearable and it was already healed over :( the doctor said no step aerobics or walking for exeercise :( I love to walk, I'm sure weight loss will be a benefit to my foot too, I was a cashier and waitress for years and now I sit at a desk 12 hours a day, wowwwww, I just realized how much I have typed, feels good to cleanse the bad and look forward to feeling better, thanks for listening!
