I ate a bit over my goal today with the beef stroganoff. I ended up having it twice today. Pasta was leftovers. I guess I will try another approach tomorrow. I hope to be under my RID tomorrow. It sucks to know that you didn't do well for a day. Try better next time is how I always say half the time. But I am gonna try to lose at least 20lbs by the time I go to the doctor this coming up month. I hope to get past the 300s at least but it's going to be a lot of effort. Oh, well. Lets hop to it!

It is a struggle my friend but to lose weight one pound at a time makes your goal an attainable one. Being a diabetic and trying to Find the right foods to keep me satisfied while trying to find a balance with my sugars and my carbohydrates,was a difficult task but once i found that balance it was just a matter of keeping a routine,being consistent with that routine and holding my self accountable whenever I strayed away from that routine. Stay positive,find your balance and stay consistent,you’ll see and feel the difference mind and body!

hey Morgan I agree with many of the other comments I've read. your a wonderful sweet person. this stuff takes time and your being mindful. do you track the monthly trends? that's what I do and one day here or there blends into the averages. it's less disheartening when u miss once in a while. I weigh daily just for craps and giggles. but the overall trend is more accurate. just a thought.

Sometimes I overeat one day and undereat the next to swing the calories. It all balances out at the end of the week. I think it helps break out of plateaus too- keeping your calories a little bit unpredictable.

I understand. But we want this!!! Keep making moves to the goal. (I'm not there at all, just sharing what I need to be reminded of) As @JimmiePop says ...grindtime!...stayhungry! 💯.

I got on a pork chop kick and ate pork chops lunch and dinner for 2 weeks!! Some times you just gotta have that one thing! Besides it’s one day. You’ve been doing so very good, one meal won’t ruin it for you. I get a day where I am so hungry I say I could suck the paint off the walls! The next day I am back to normal. We all get days like that. Just love yourself , and move on. We all have to learn to do that. Sending you love, and good thoughts!!👍🎉💕💐
