Worried I would end up gaining a ton again, since I didn't have a good workout yesterday AND I ate curry. I usually end up eating a ton of that stuff since I LOVE coconut milk. I put it on top of my Chicken Katsu and steamed rice and made myself NOT eat the whole plate. I saved half for later. Plus, I ate pizza and snacked on some Mexican chips on the way up to my daughter's doc appointment. I also didn't get to work out in the evening since my baby hasn't been feeling well. She's been crying and fussy since the night before. I was bummed that I didn't get cardio in, but I also realized how tired I was because I fell asleep as soon as I closed my eyes. That usually NEVER EVER happens. So maybe it's a good thing I skipped my evening workout last night. Hopefully she's feeling well enough to take a nap today so I can workout today. I started a new meal replacement shake today. It's from GNC. It has a much more different taste than the Visalus shake, but I like it. I don't know if my husband will, though.
