@agnes kalo aku ikutin dari www.tdeecalculator.net kamu isi aja sesuai yg ditanya. Nanti kluar angka tdee dan angka bmr-nya. Km kurangin 200-300 kalori kalo mau defkal yaa tp jangan sampe di bawah bmr. Contoh bmt (basal metabolism rate) kamu 1100. Tdee 1500. Brarti klo mau defkal bole di 1200-1300an
Bantu olahraga jg yaa biar defisitnya makin gede makin cepet turunnya
