I know that it takes times for the weight to come off but sometimes I just wish it could come off so much faster than it went on. I want to lose weight anyway but my side motivation is my trip to Miami. I'm going to Miami in May and I want to be at least 50 lbs lighter than now. Its a group of 8 ladies and at least 6 of us have been working out and trying to lose weight for this trip. As long as I stay focus I believe everything will go well.

It is frustrating when the scale doesnt reflect how hard you have been working to lose weight. I'm going thru the same thing, too. Keep up the hard work and it will start coming off at a pretty steady pace :)

Weight loss (and reshaping our bodies) is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise ... what are you eating? Are you keeping track of all of it? That was tremendously helpful to me.
