I made it through day 7...to me I completed the challenge well. Only allowed the slip with some wine and a few beers. For me that is amazing. I did miss bread and some of the other stuff. Today is my free day, I just made homemade potato salad and had two bowls...yum My friend is coming over this afternoon so we can catch up, grilling steaks and aspargus with veggies and dip. plus the potato salad and of course wine. So I will not concern myself with the fat today. Going to my moms this weekend and finally do the family Christmas, postponed three times due to weather and surgery. Thinking of starting the 7day challenge again this coming Monday.
