I was so excited, yesterday, to have broke into the 130s...finally! BUT, I knew it wouldn't last. :( Oh well. Gotta try harder. I always get excited, and then give in. I don't know if I'll be able to workout much (or at all) today. Baby is either still sick or just spoiled from BEING sick, so she kept waking up last night. I'm exhausted and just not motivated at all. :( THIS won't help my weight loss if I can't even summon up enough energy to do a workout. *Ugh*
This is Day 2 of using our new shake mix: GNC Total Lean Shake 25. I think I like it. But I also think it has a little bit more calories than the Visalus shake mix. It doesn't taste bad though.
*UPDATE: Mangaged to throw a LITTLE workout in. Couldn't do the whole session though. :( Winded and dizzy.
