中餐:半碗乾意麵+豆乾嘴肉皮+豆芽菜(好滿足好飽吃飽又動不了了)
晚餐:鳳梨 蛋 雞肉 青菜
49.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
