I have to say, I am more than having a good day after that plateau finally broke and then 2lb loss since my weigh in on Sunday morning. Feel like I am back on track after almost 4 weeks of nothin'!
Today I logged Wendy's chili (but I only ate part of it) and 4piece nuggets..which was not great, but I ate them plain with no sauce of any kind. It was a necessity that I eat something and since I am stuck in the office. Wendy's chili is pretty good for fast food.
