I'm thinking this may still be initial water weight, but I've been below my calorie goals for almost a month now. I also just started a new fitness program and I'm making sure I walk or run 3 to 4 miles throughout the day. Maybe this isn't just the initial water weight...I don't know but I'm close to 10 lbs lost already!
