Yay, this seems to be working! Weighing a little more frequently so I can look back and see what works. Yesterday was a great day, it was gorgeous out, and I got to spend most of the day outside! Mom and I went to see Tashie in the morning and then in the afternoon Ryan and I went and looked for a truck for me in auburn. Got some sun and some walking in. Came home and jumped on the trampoline a little, then sat in the backyard and grilled burgers. Its time to bring up the air conditioner and the fans! :)
