Been fasting till 12:00
Yesterday
Lunch: had peanut pita and cocoa from lunch.
Supper: stirfry veggies and sweet potato crisps and hot chocolate.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
