This one doesn't seem right. But, I have had plateaus before and they do end. My attempts at a soft landing aren't helping. It seems odd to remain focused on weight loss when I have almost reached my goal weight. Still - maintenance will require this continued focus so it also seems very important. There has been learning over the last month and my body is noticeably changing in the right direction.
