so on top of me stopping to eat so much carbs and sugar. now, on top of this, my doctor has been trying to get my cholesterol down. ideal level, is she says, 2. I am down to 2.5. she has increased my medication for statins to get it where it should be. we talked about how much eggs i should be eating. btw, i love eggs.she has limited my eggs to one egg every other day. my daughter and i decided to change recipes for my salad and to make a balsamic vinegar salad dressing with grapeseed oil and dijon mustard. so delicious. i really overdo amount of mayo or salad dressing so this recipe is better. so no pizza, fries, bacon, sausages, chips, sugar, foods with high carbs, etc. 2nd day of weening myself away from mayo(put the jar in garbage)and salad dressing. oh, bought rice crisps at dollar store. now, finished that...and about a snack....huh, yogourt every once in awhile...hopefully my blood test in 3 months will have my cholesterol where dr. wants it to be...not happy! but will NOT give up....YET!
