Don't know why but I feel guilty even for having one choco chip cookie even when my daily calorie consumpois only 1000 kcal
56.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Consumption of 1000 calories per day is too less. Consume at least 1400-1600 calories. Consumption of less calories is as har,duo as consumption of more calories. You’ll lose weight even with consumption of more than 1000 calories. The guilt is all due to less consumption and excess of pressure you’ve put on yourself and your body. Eat more and you’ll see the change. Look after yourself!

56 weight ke liye 1000 cal ...khoob Khao and khoob exercise Karo...Food ke liye hi toh insaan kaam krta hai..usko restrict karke kya faida...300 ,400 calories Kam lo as per your daily need but itni low calorie I don't recommend at all..Jab tak young ho Khao,piyo buddhe hone par toh juice hi pee pateh hai thik se🙂😊✌️

don't feel guilty. if you don't eat what ever you want a little once in a while. you put your diet and plans and goals in risk of failed by overeating or diet cheating due to mind stimulation.
