So far this week I’ve worked out 3x with both weight plates and resistance bands. I did a range of different hit exercises. I also did more stretches and yoga. I’ve also cut down on the meat and dairy that I usually consume
62 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Thanks everyone, It’s great to finally not feel so bloated every time I look in the mirror. I’ve also felt so much more energetic.
