Last week, I once again went back to a 3lb loss.
As far as goals, I am debating what they should be...goals that I know I can hit, or goals that will push me (and I may/will probably fall short on).
So, I'm gonna make 2 sets of goals.....
2 lb/week goals: 179lbs by Memorial Day-84lbs down 173lbs by June 15th-90lbs down 169lbs by July 4th-94lbs down 163lbs by July 23rd (one year mark)-100lbs lost
3lb/week goals: 176lbs by Memorial Day-87lbs down 167lbs by June 15th-96lbs down 161lbs by July 4th-102lbs down 152lbs by July 23rd-111 lbs down
Either way, I can make my 1 year, 100lbs goal on time. If I dont make the 3lbs a week goal, I will not be that hard on myself..thats 33lbs in 11 weeks and pretty ambitious. But I will try my hardest to get there, and anything I get down to is a win.
