You would think I'd have learned by now that my goals are obtained when I focus. This app is great because facts don't lie. What did I eat? What is my real activity level? I did great during most of lockdown, but around the holidays. wham! Amazing how much weight, atrophy and overall dullness can creep in. So..here I am...back...not humbled, but embracing the renewed commitment! 😊
