I did it! Today I hit my goal! My first goal was to be within a normal BMI for my height/weight. This is the upper end of the index and I don't feel like it is where I want to end my weight loss journey but it is a fantastic feeling to have achieved this! Thanks to all for sharing your journeys, it makes all the difference.
