Crud, I'm slipping. I've just been loading up on carbs and fat. At first it was more incidental/ carelessness, though I know more recently today it was deliberate. I've got to stop caving when I've overdone it a little. I know it doesn't help matters to dig myself deeper. I made the mistake of eating bread and peanut butter. It was a mistake because it's a poor choice for calories and also I think Jif is like Lay's chips, you don't want to stop with just one [serving]. You know it's bad when you are rationalizing eating it with an apple instead of bread and are then annoyed when you realize the apples are gone and you begin to consider putting peanut butter on fresh sliced orange. O_o

Thanks, Coach. While it wasn't the idyllic, Hallmark-esque fanfare, there were definitely redeeming aspects to it, and the warm, kind wishes are always appreciated. I hope you had a good one with your family. Take care. :)
