@Liela1993 1 x cup spinach, 1/2 cup cucumber, 1 x orange, 1 x green apple, 1 x tbsp fresh ginger & half a cup of fat free yoghurt. 💫

Thanks for sharing Robyn.09😊. It really sounds healthy. I would like to give it a try too😉. It's just a pitty that the shops doesn't sell small packets or small bunches of spinach, cause I always end up having to throw some away😞.

@Liela1993 I buy in bulk, pre portion into sandwich bags & freeze. My son will NOT eat spinach 🥴 so I always have to pre portion my fresh fruit & veg! 🤣
