Inching along. My mantra for this week has been to remember that I don't need a lot of food. Age has slowed my metabolism - plus the American portion perception is seriously out of whack. Small portions. Unless it's a calorie 'free' food.
56.9 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
