Wow. I started the 30 Day Shred workout today... that's tough. I'm still a bit out of breath and my arms and legs feel like rubber. It's great! I'm so proud of myself that I got thru it.
I went to Walmart last weekend and got a 2.2L water bottle. I hadn't been drinking enuf water and I figured if it was there I would drink it. I was right. I take it to school with me and tho I get made fun of a bit because of my big bottle, I usually drink the whole thing between 8:30 and 1:30... then I drink more water in the evening. I have completely eliminated pop from my diet and my other new favorite thing is chicken boullion... especially first thing in the morning in place of coffee and at night if I have a craving for a snack.
My school schedule is pretty crazy sometimes, but I'm gonna do this!!!!
