I had an amazing two hour workout tonight! (err yesterday?) And I feel pretty dang good! Elliptical, ab work, stretching, weights, swimming and jump rope. Then I went and bought some more apples- they are the perfect snack, sweet and healthy.
I've decided that I'm going to bring my skipping rope to Mexico with me. (7 days and counting!) It's small enough to fit in my suitcase and I'll be able to do it on the beach or where-ever and at least I know I'll have no excuse not to exercise for 10minutes everyday.
I'm more than a little worried about going away for tweleve days and coming back with more than just a tan and great photos. If I want to keep my goal of reaching 130lbs for my birthday (April 18th) than I need to keep loosing weight while on vacation. Has ANYBODY ever done that?!
I hope I have internet there so at least I can keep accurately food tracking on FS which will help me not to over-indulge too much. Does anybody have any tips on how to stay on track while on vacation?
