i think i am at a stand still. i have been dieting and i walk alot at work. but i'm not loosing anymore. and it's making me get discouraged. what can i do! HELP!!!
69.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

sounds like you need to jolt your body back into losing weight. Try going on a stricter diet and/or exercising more intensely (or longer) for 7-9 days.

Join some of the challenges and really throw yourself into doing the challenge, and putting forth the extra effort. Walking around alot at work, isn't a lot of exercise. Step it up a notch, and don't be discouraged, you'll start dropping again!

I don't know anything about the herbal life plan, so it's hard to say. Are you eating enough? Sometimes when we don't eat enough (go too low in calories) our metebolisms slow down and we can stop losing? Are you eating a varied diet? Eating the same things all the time gets our bodies used to the same thing. Eat different foods to change things up. Are you getting enough protein? How is exercise? Change up your exercise routine. Make sure you are eating enough fibrous foods. Good luck!
