I have been walking 30 mins 3 to 5 days a week so im not loosing weight. I'm gaining muscle so am gaining weight a bit! it was discouraging until a friend told me to measure myself instead. im loosing inches! Thank God! Thats working! Anyone else notice that?

That’s just about perfect IMO. Gaining a healthier, trimmer body and refusing to be tied to the numbers on your scale (a leap some of us are not yet ready to make!) Good use of your thinking ability.

Totally relate- felt a bit frustrated that the numbers weren’t going down like I thought they should, but then tried on jeans that were too tight last week and now they fit perfectly! The scale is just one tool to measure our success 🙂

Good for you for finding YOUR win. There is always a win somewhere and you staying active (YEA!) and then taking the advice to check measurements and acknowledging the inches lost. WIN, WIN, WIN!!

I dropped weight fast but now it’s slowing down for me but I’m gaining muscle and toning out more but it helps that’s I’m working out 5 times a week !

Yup. I got stuck for 11 days on the identical weight - 204.8 lbs. I was really being strict trying to push through but no success. It happened when I started doing very mild resistance training/stretches and increased my walking. Now I'm 197 lbs. a few weeks later. There are other battles to be won than on the scale! You're doing great!

Keep it up! It’s a system, lifestyle or new habit! The results WILL come, but just stick to the habit and routine and don’t allow the results to get you of course! KEEP IT UP! ❤️👊🏽
