煎鮭魚、小黃瓜玉米筍炒蛋、味增烤板豆腐、清炒高麗菜、蘋果、芭樂、無糖紅茶

煮一次要三小時...幸好還包了兩個便當😂我真的不適合當煮婦,先生跟小孩會餓死⋯⋯
