Tthey look yummy how did you make them? can you use other fruit rather than rhubarb?

Mickysweet, you can use any juice. I got rhubarb from my friend so I baked a cake and made this jelly :-) . You can find a lot of different recipes online.
I made the juice from rhubarb, added some sugar, vanilla sugar and brought it to boil. Then added prepared and melted gelatin, stirred and poured into prepared dessert bowls.
