Lunch! Aku lagi nerapin puasa makan sejak jam 7 malam - 12 siang, sekarang makan siang 388 kalori.. 100 gram nasi merah, 2 poached egg, 130g tahu rebus, 100g brokoli yuhuuu

@sari_ririe aku liat youtube ade rai gapapa coba pelan pelan aja dulu, bertahap.. nanti baru deh masuk ke jam 1 makan sampe jam 7 malam…

@anisasyifa3 aku skip sarapan, nah sambil skip sarapan itu dipake buat olahraga aja.. jadi kalori kamu bisa kebakar lebih efektif karena sisa lemak yg kita makan kemarinnya….
