Margaret - I like to serve it like that but I can see how others would like to get rid of the face...! Tan Per, I could eat fish every day if they let me and be very happy!

Yes!!! Go for it 😁 I prefer having whole fish like that so it doesn't go dry... In UK they tend to fillet it and if you let it cook for too long it'll go very dry. Love a grilled or steamed fish like that 😍

Tan Per, I once had an amazing fish in Lisbon, entirely covered in rock salt and baked. It was SO good!
